Energy Update Progress

Well everyone, including me, became ill in the family so I had to postpone some of the energy interventions found on Dr. Oz but I have restarted and here it goes. The detox tea I got has dandelion in it and it definitely increases my energy. I find though that once a day is sufficient. I also use Kava tea from Yogi brands because it calms me and helps me to focus. I have increased my vegetable intake, including Kale, and I definitely feel better with it. Now when I eat dishes with lots of vegetables I feel very satisfied and more sugary foods make me feel bloated. I still have a treat but that is a lot less often than before. The stretching exercises with the wall bends (my back to it) I am not sure how much they have helped but going to continue to do them. Overall I have had somewhat of an increase in energy but I will continue to see if it gets better still.

Update

I posted on my other page that I am looking for templates or a site or a way to use Outlook Express to find an organizer for my time. I now am back working part time as a nurse with Tender Home Care in Columbus Ohio (office location in Gahanna). I am very excited but also this tightens up my time to blog and promote my sherilinsavon business where I am an independent representative for Avon. I have grown to love talking and spending time with people helping them find great Avon products. I also have church commitments and family commitments. Basically I have a very busy schedule. Of course most people do today so I am sure there is something out there that will help. Let me know.

Google update, weather, body energy solutions

Well I have learned to use a community page as a tool to share things between my business Google account and my regular Google account. It still is not right up there as far as sharing but that should keep it from getting boring. I need to figure out how to get traffic to my site. I am mixing up other interesting topics of interest to go with the Avon Products so people will get more quality out of my posts and not get bored.

I just looked outside and the streets that were snow covered this morning and closed schools are pretty clear so that is good news. Spring is March 20 and as it approaches the days get longer. They say that on the 20 it is called the Spring Equinox and there is an equal amount of daylight and night. So then we will have longer days after that for which I am so grateful. I love more light!

Now I am watching a program from Dr. Oz seen on G+ about how energy can be improved. It is very interesting. I am going to try some of the ideas and see if they work because I do not have any energy and I want to feel better. I will blog what I do and progress of it. For instance I have already started the breathing they suggested and will report after a week if it has helped.

I will be blogging on other topics also, but this is one thread to start.

I cannot believe tomorrow is March 1, 2013. It has been a topsy turvy year so far. The weather has been all over the place. They finally had a snow day last week for ice. All the kids I know were ecstatic about that of course. Everyone is tired of being cooped up inside including the animals. Valentines has passed and Easter is soon. The Pope's last day is today and the US is on the verge of major cuts to federal spending because neither side wants to compromise. Do you think if they walk and talk it would keep the stress level down so they could come up with some solutions? Walking always helped me to work things out that were difficult.

In the  meantime I have developed a really good Pinterest page at http://pinterest.com/sherilin3/ that I just love as I am able to put all my interest into categories so I can share the crafts, freebies, Avon, gardening and all the other things I love in an organized manner. I am working on Google to understand it more but am having trouble figuring out how to link everything. I have a twitter account at https://twitter.com/SherilinsAvon also. It is great for short bursts of information and a great way to keep up with current events. Then there is the facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/sherilin.sibert. So whatever your social networking that you like please feel free to visit and add yourself. Current status

I am still trying to figure all of this out. I have a community page for sharing products and ideas and two pages. One is under Sherilin Sibert and under that I can switch to Sherilinsavon but I cannot seem to share posts between the two. Oh well, that is okay. I hopefully will figure it out one day. I also do twitter and facebook. I hope I can get some more traffic in here because I sure do want to share my products and ideas. Hope to be reading posts very soon!

Back to school

I am waiting for my junior high son to get home from first day back after vacation. Expecting a load of homework and a tired boy from getting up early again. What to fix for dinner. Hmmm chicken, hotdogs, or something else. Any ideas?
